At James Cook University (JCU), we believe education should be accessible by everyone and recognise the financial burden some families face when applying for a university course through Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC). If you’ve been part of the JCU’s Outreach programs through high school in North and Far North Queensland, we invite you to apply for a QTAC voucher to cover the cost of your QTAC application fee.
We strongly encourage First Nations applicants and those from remote or rural areas to apply for a voucher.

• Must be a current 2023 Year 12 student intending to study in 2024
• Vouchers are valid to make an application through QTAC only
• Vouchers are valid from 1 August 2023 – 29 February 2024
